Phil Elverum canta a su mujer en \u201cReal death\u201d de su disco \u201cA crow looked at me\u201d (2016) despu\u00e9s de que muriera a los 35 a\u00f1os de c\u00e1ncer de p\u00e1ncreas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">La muerte es el gran tema con may\u00fasculas de la historia del arte, pero Mount Eerie no quiso hacer la gran obra sobre esto, sino todo lo contrario, quiso relatar sus experiencias de la manera m\u00e1s cruda y honesta posible, quit\u00e1ndole todo atisbo de reflexi\u00f3n y grandilocuencia. El que fuera l\u00edder de The Microphones, un grupo de culto del lo-fi americano, realiz\u00f3 canciones casi desnudas, ritmos que pasan inadvertidos, acordes espaciados y cantando\/hablando de su d\u00eda a d\u00eda y de sus sentimientos m\u00e1s inmediatos. Arte en bruto.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Define la d\u00e9cada porque <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">en estos a\u00f1os, dados los avances de la tecnolog\u00eda, se han grabado infinidad de discos en habitaciones con un equipo m\u00ednimo, pero sobre todos ellos destaca este \u00e1lbum. \u201cA crow looked at me\u201d est\u00e1 grabado en la misma habitaci\u00f3n en la que muri\u00f3 Genevi\u00e8ve Castr\u00e9e, esposa y madre del \u00fanico hijo de Phil Elverum.
